Smallcakes Castle Rock hours are Tuesday-Saturday: 10 a.m.-8 p.m., & Sunday 11:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. Castle Rock is CLOSED Monday.
Smallcakes Park Meadows hours are Monday-Saturday 10:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m. and CLOSED on Sunday.
Do you make "mini" cupcakes?
Yes! Pre-orders (prepaid-next day availability) boxes of minis, dozen boxes only are available for purchase. Guests may choose any amount of our daily flavors (for the day of your pickup)
Each mini dozen is $20 for regular, $24 for Gluten Free.
I have a family member who is diabetic. Do you offer a sugar free cupcake?
We strive to make a high quality and affordable product to appeal to all of our customers. At this time we do not have a recipe and affordable option for a sugar free cupcake. Please check back as we are constantly working on expanding our menu.
Are those really for dogs?
Yes! Our Pupcakes are a tiny dog friendly treat we make fresh every morning along with our Signature cupcakes. They are made with carrot cake mix (no raisins or coconut), soybean oil, peanut butter and buttercream. Our signature Pupcake is then topped with a bacon bit sprinkles.
I would like to place a special order for a special event I'm attending. How far in advance do I need to place the order?
Most cupcake orders we can have those ready for you as soon as next day when prepaid. Cakes are available 72 hours later. Egg Free and Logo Cakes minimum 72 hrs notice, sorry no exceptions.
Do you have a printed menu of all of your flavors anywhere?
Because we have such a high volume of packaging waste with our pretty boxes, we try to keep our printing to a minimum. You can view all of our available flavors on our website.
May I ask one of your employees to walk into your kitchen to view a product ingredient list?
Due to our Franchise licensing agreement as well as for the safety of our guests and employees, customers/children are not permitted in our kitchen area. If a customer would like to know if a certain ingredient(s) is contained in one of our products, he/she may ask to speak to a manager immediately. This ensures he/she get the most qualified individual who can then provide our customer with hers/his undivided attention and ensure the customer's safety when consuming our delicious products. In the event a manager is not available, we will kindly take the customer's contact information and get back to him/her as soon as possible.
I would like to call on of your locations to hold a few flavors I just saw online. Will I be able to do so?
Yes! However, all of our reserved boxes of cupcakes or "Pre-orders" must be paid in full at the time of order placement. Due to the nature of our business, we have limited quantities of our daily menu offerings. In order to provide our guests with the most selection, we will only hold product when paid in full. This is a strict company policy, sorry no exceptions.
